By accessing or using Blog App (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, authors, and contributors to the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

You retain full intellectual property and copyright ownership of all content you create and publish on Blog App, including articles, drafts, comments, and uploaded media.

By publishing content on the platform, you grant Blog App a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license does not allow us to sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit your work.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to publish all content you submit.
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• You have obtained all required permissions for any third-party material included in your posts.

You may delete your content at any time. Deleted drafts are removed immediately; published articles are removed from public view upon deletion, though residual copies may persist in server backups for a short period.

Blog App is designed for thoughtful, long-form human writing. You agree not to use the Service to:

Bulk commercial promotion, affiliate link spam, and AI-generated low-quality content farms are also prohibited. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these guidelines at our discretion.

Blog App provides the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
• Remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
• Limit access to the Service during maintenance, upgrades, or in response to technical issues.
• Update our feature set, pricing plans, or platform design as the product evolves.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes that affect your ability to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@blogapp.io. Upon deletion, your profile, posts, and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our content policies.
• Your actions pose a security risk to the platform or other users.
• We are required to do so by law or legal process.

In most cases, we will warn you before taking action. If your account is terminated for a violation, you may not create a new account without our express permission.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Blog App does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Blog App is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-generated content. Opinions expressed by authors are their own and do not represent the views of Blog App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blog App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
